What is Sprint 8?
Sprint 8 is a high-intensity, anaerobic workout which stimulates the natural release of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) – a hormone known for reversing the changes brought about by middle age. Elevated levels of HGH are associated with increased muscle tone, decreased body fat, fewer wrinkles and higher energy.
