As a bicyclist, you have strong legs and a well-conditioned cardiovascular system. But what about your core and your flexibility? Are they less than optimal? Did you know that a strong core can enhance your cycling performance and a flexible back/hamstrings can decrease your risk of injury?
Bicycle Garage Indy has teamed up with Source Yoga of Fishers, Indiana to provide a yoga class designed specifically for the needs of a bicyclist. You will strengthen your core and stretch out the muscles tightened during those long hours in the saddle. You will get an added bonus in that yoga enhances your balance as well.
The Yoga for Bicyclist class runs from November 18-February 17 and meets on Friday nights from 7-8pm at the Fishers location of Source Yoga. Join us for some or all of the classes – you can join in at any time. Follow this link for additional details.
