Aerobic Exercise need to be part of you weight loss resolution.2011 is almost here.  That means New Year’s Resolutions are being planned.  What is yours?  If it is to lose weight, then you are certainly not alone.  Weight loss is one of the most common resolutions made.  How to accomplish this? How about through exercise?  
The American College of Sports Medicine has provided us with clear guidelines for this goal.  Most importantly, you need to shoot for over 250 minutes of aerobic exercise each week.  Your F.I.T. guidelines are as follows:
  • Frequency = 5 days per week
  • Intensity = moderate (feel good, can talk, start breaking a sweat)
  • Time = 50 minutes or more each day
