Last night, I attended the 30th anniversary screening of Breaking Away. If you’re reading this blog, chances are you know all about it, so I’ll skip the gushing over how great it is. Wendy and I went down to the Buskirk-Chumley theater in Bloomington for the show.
A raucous crowd greeted the mayor, enjoyed his stories about being an extra in the movie, and heard more about the evening’s beneficiary, Jill’s House. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a Sunday night.
Stay tuned for a report about the other activity I did while I was down there–the Bloomington Criterium.
